This Hydrion Lo-Buff Test Paper is a new and valuable addition to the regular line of the Hydrion test papers. It covers range pH 5.0 - 9.0, showing 9 distinct color changes. this is the range most often used in industrial applications. Hydrion Lo-Buff gives a sharp change of color for each 0.5 pH unit throughout this range. No other test paper equals this range and sensitivity.

Hydrion Lo-Buff Test Paper, reacts better than other test papers to weakly buffered solutions, but for such use, it should be tested against known solutions having the same buffer capacity.

Short and Wide Range readings are combined in one single roll of paper. The range 0.0 - 2.0 is covered in half step units, and 3.0 - 9.0 in full step units. The paper covers a broad range and is excellent in the low acid range. pH meters are not as versatile for fast work over this range.
